Access
Access to the diagnostic layer is qualification-based and structurally determined.

Access to the diagnostic is not an application process. It is a structural determination made during the founder conversation. The determination is categorical, not evaluative.

The diagnostic fixes the file’s structural coding so it resolves into the top classification recognized by the most selective institutions.

Qualification is based on structural properties, not narrative presentation or intent. The founder identifies whether the file can be meaningfully classified within the system’s framework.

The diagnostic is delivered twelve times per year. Each engagement is founder-delivered and executed in one comprehensive diagnostic sequence. There is no queue, no rolling intake, and no ongoing arrangement.

Capacity is structurally constrained by the temporal and procedural requirements of founder-delivered construction.

Engaged families receive disclosure of certain governing structures under controlled conditions. The brief’s format and governing logic are disclosed during the engagement.

Disclosure is bounded by the structural layer and does not extend to the internal classification framework or private procedural architecture. Certain structural determinations are communicated under founder authority during the engagement.

The public layer establishes jurisdiction and position. The diagnostic layer is internal, governed, and not accessible without qualification. The boundary between layers is fixed.
